Returns
How do I return a product? If
your shipment included a red and white Paul's Home Fashions business
card you may ship it back in the original packaging and unwashed to the
address on the card. If there was no card in the box please fill out
the Return Info Form and we will email you complete instructions within the business day.
When will I receive my refund? We
will process your return within a week of receipt and credit you back
in whatever manner you used to pay for your original order. If your
credit has not been posted to your credit card within a week of us
receiving your return please contact us using The Return Info Form.
Why didn't I receive a full refund on my return? "Free
Shipping" does not apply to products returned for reasons other than
receiving a wrong or defective item. We are not responsible for misrepresentation of product colors due to differences in monitors. If the item was shipped at no
charge, the original outgoing freight shipping and handling charges
incurred by PaulsHomeFashions.Com will be deducted from the refund.
