Paul's Home Fashions Return Policy
Here at Paul’s Home Fashions, we stand behind our products. However, if
you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items within
30 Days of receiving your order. We
do not accept returns past this date.
note that all clearance items, fabric by the yard and Wooded River window
treatments are non-refundable.
All Items must be returned to Paul’s Home Fashions within 30 days upon
receipt of your order.
To ensure prompt return of your merchandise please
follow these instructions:
Damaged Items: All
damaged or flawed items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your
shipment. If you would like to return your items because they appeared to be
damaged or flawed please email us with a picture at support@paulshomefashions.
- Pack Your Return –
All returns must be unwashed, unused and in original condition to receive
credit. Fold your item back into its original packaging and return in any box.
- Ship your return -
using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note:
return shipping is at the customer's expense. We are not responsible
for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
If your shipment included a black and white Paul's Home Fashions business card you may ship it back in the original packaging and unused to the address on the card within 30 days of receipt.
- If there was no card in the box please fill out the Return Info Form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you complete instructions on how to make your return.
- Receive Your
Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a
credit will be issued within 5 business days of the receipt of your
. Your refund will appear on your billing statement as Paul’s Home
Fashions. Please be aware that your credit card company may take up to 60 days
to post the refund on your statement.
that qualified for "Free Shipping” will not receive a full refund.

Refusing shipment: If you refuse a shipment, it will then fall
under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs will be
deducted from your refund.
Please Note: Photos and
descriptions on our website are the best quality possible and have been
provided by the manufacturer. However, photos and descriptions may not be
actual representations of colors due to computer monitor settings and we cannot
be responsible for differences in online colors and actual color variances. Therefore,
Paul’s Home Fashions will not issue credits for shipping based on color
variances due to images and descriptions. Paul’s Home Fashions will refuse any return
that does not follow the return policy.
