WAKEFIELD BY WILLIAMSBURG® WINDOW ENSEMBLE-This quilt ensemble is a Colonial Williamsburg Foundation classic design. This striking Jacobean pattern is adapted from a late-18th-century block print. This technique is an ancient art and was very popular in Europe at that time. Wood blocks were hand carved, each representing a different color and design. Ornate flowers, leaves and scrolling vines give the Wakefield quilt its distinctive look. The quilt reverses to a stripe, as does the pillow. The bedskirt, neckroll, and euro sham also are the stripe pattern. All fabrics are 100% cotton, and the quilt is LUXURY OVERSIZED and prewashed. Machine washable cold water, and line dry.
Also shown is the coordinating TERRACOTTA solid color quilt, pillow, throw, and sham with the same quality features.
